Oasis of Tella and the small bells, Mountains of Desication

The oasis is large, but the only one for many miles.

On quiet nights, small bells can be heard quietly playing in the direction of the Mountains of Desication.

The oasis inhabitants never check on those bells.

Strange ghost lights have been seen in the ruins high up in the mountains.
