They may help, they may not. They might also pull a practical joke on the characters asking for help. Hopefully the characters have a good supply of galactic maps.

They are generlly found in the Vespucian Arm, throughout the area named: Balosh, but they are not from there. Their presence has been noted in both Galactic Arms, and in all Sectors.
